Novato Music/Makers Festival 2020
The inaugural Novato Music/Makers Festival preparations are coming along nicely. We have the Civic Green reserved for May 16th 2020 from 11AM-6PM, a full day's lineup of local professional music is in place, the local makers community is meeting to decide how to make the most of the day on Sherman, hot and icy food trucks are ready to roll in, and many vendors have already indicated their interest in joining the fun!
That said, we are very pleased to announce we are now accepting reservations for both local market vendor booths (instructions immediately following) and local makers (see below).
Local Market Vendors:
NOTE: This is a BYOPopUp event (i.e., 10'X10' area cover and table(s)/chair(s) as needed supplied by individual vendors) and spaces rent for $100.
Load In on May 16th, 2020 (on Sherman Avenue between Grant Ave & De Long) is 8 AM-11AM, Event is 11AM - 6PM, and Load Out is 6PM-8:45PM, rain or shine (i.e., no refunds - sorry).

HOW TO BOOK A LOCAL MARKET VENDOR SPACE:
If you would like a specific space in the Local Market Vendor area, email email@example.com with a request for the latest site map. The site map emailed to you will show all vendor spaces still available for purchase as of that date.*
Review the booth spaces available, then complete and return this form to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop off/mail to Sustainable Exchange, 867 Grant Ave, Novato CA 94947.
We will do our best to accommodate all first choices, but if your first choice has already been booked since the latest site map was sent to you, we will go down your list until we find a match, and email you back this information.
To officially reserve your booth, make a booth reservation payment to Sustainable Exchange's PayPal account email (email@example.com) or drop off/mail a check to Sustainable Exchange, 867 Grant Ave, Novato CA 94947.
No space is officially reserved until payment for that space is received.
LOCAL MAKERS’ FAIRE AREA SPACES:
NOTE: there is no fee to participate as a Maker in the Festival. If planning to sell items, please specify that in your entry form.
When: Saturday May 16th from 11am - 6pm

Who should apply to exhibit? Everyone. All ages & skill levels welcome! Individuals, groups, schools, orgs, everyone!
Entries extended to March 1st. We'll contact you by March 5th to confirm your participation.
